This is an active property-selling opportunity, not a passive-income investment. An upfront, non-refundable reservation payment is required. Sales and earnings are not guaranteed.

How the opportunity works

01 · Reserve

Choose your 10-unit block

Pay the reservation fee in advance for each unit. Depending on the project, the fee is ₱20,000, ₱25,000, or ₱30,000 per unit.

02 · Invite

Introduce buyers from your network

You invite contacts and discuss the opportunity. Get support for Zoom presentations, face-to-face events, flyers, and training if you wish.

03 · Sell

Earn commission and qualify for a rebate

Earn 3% on qualifying unit sales. Aim to sell all 10 units within the project deadline to qualify for the 2.5% bulk rebate.

Your upfront reservation payment

The reservation payment is your initial financial commitment. For a block of 10 units, the total ranges from ₱200,000 to ₱300,000.

Commission and rebate payments depend on qualifying sales and the applicable program terms.

Fee per unitTotal for 10 units
₱20,000₱200,000
₱25,000₱250,000
₱30,000₱300,000

The selected project determines the applicable reservation fee.

One sale can cover your initial reservation outlay

Here is a straightforward example: reserve 10 units at ₱25,000 each, for a total upfront payment of ₱250,000. If you sell one qualifying unit worth ₱10 million, your 3% gross commission is ₱300,000.

1 unit sold

₱300,000

Gross commission on a ₱10 million unit.

2 units sold

₱600,000

Gross commission on two ₱10 million units.

10 units sold

₱3 million

Gross commission on a combined ₱100 million in sales, before the bulk rebate.

₱300,000 commission − ₱250,000 reservation payment = ₱50,000.

In this example, one qualifying sale covers the initial reservation outlay once the commission is paid, before taxes and other costs. This is not a guarantee of overall break-even or profit.

Illustration assumes a 3% commission calculated on the full ₱10 million total contract price per unit. Actual eligibility, calculation basis, deductions, and payment timing must be confirmed in the written project agreement.

The goal: sell all 10 units

Your network and conversations drive the sales effort. Megaworld supports your presentations and events so you can work toward selling the full block.

10-unit example: ₱100 million total contract price

3% commission: ₱3,000,000
2.5% bulk rebate: ₱2,500,000
Combined gross earnings: ₱5,500,000

Bulk rebate tiers

10 units: 2.5% rebate on the qualifying total contract price.
20 units: 5% rebate on the qualifying total contract price.

The 20-unit tier is a separate option. Confirm its reservation payment, deadline, and qualifying conditions before committing.

Illustrative gross earnings, not guaranteed returns. The example assumes all 10 units qualify and sell under the program terms. Reservation payments, taxes, and other expenses are not deducted. Rebate eligibility and payout timing are subject to the written agreement.

Questions to ask before reserving

Is the reservation payment refundable?

No. Your upfront reservation payment is non-refundable. Choose a block only after understanding the project, your selling deadline, and your financial commitment.

Do I need to sell all 10 units to earn commission?

The program offers a 3% commission on each qualifying unit you sell. The 10-unit bulk rebate is an additional benefit tied to qualifying completion of the block. Confirm the exact conditions in writing.

When will I receive my commission and rebate?

Payment timing has not been specified here. Ask for the written commission and rebate schedule, qualifying sales requirements, and applicable deductions before paying any reservation fee.

Does one sale guarantee a profit?

No. In the ₱10 million unit example, the ₱300,000 gross commission exceeds a ₱250,000 reservation outlay. Actual profit depends on qualification, payment timing, taxes, and other expenses. Selling prices and results can vary.
